  • Experience working in a busy office or customer service environment
  • Excellent IT skills, including confidence with spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong organisation and time management, even when priorities shift
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing demands
  • Warm, clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working independently while also being a great team player
  • A positive, flexible mindset and a commitment to problem solving
  • A willingness to travel locally and support team delivery wherever needed

You might also bring experience with data reporting, social media, or using digital tools in a service setting. But more than anything, we are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and motivated by purpose – someone who wants to work in a team where your contribution matters and your values guide your work.

If you are ready to bring your admin skills into a role that supports real change for children and families, this is your opportunity. Be part of a team that cares.
