The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an Executive Researcher to join our London office. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-profile retained search mandates across the Health and Care sectors. As a Researcher, you'll play a central part in identifying and engaging top-tier leadership talent, providing market insight, and helping to shape the future of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Executive Search Consultants on retained mandates and market-mapping projects
- Attend client briefings and project meetings to gain a deep understanding of each assignment
- Identify, engage, and qualify senior-level candidates against defined competencies and role criteria
- Use headhunting and market intelligence techniques to uncover the best talent in the market
- Build and maintain accurate records, market maps, and talent pools
- Produce detailed candidate profiles and progress reports, both qualitative and quantitative
- Lead candidate engagement and relationship management throughout the process
- Work closely with Partners and Consultants to prepare shortlists and presentation materials
- Continuously develop sector knowledge through market literature, networking, and event attendance

About you
- 12 months experience in contingency or executive search.
- Exceptional academic credentials, a thirst for knowledge and the tenacity and enthusiasm to approach industry leaders about only the most suitable of C-suite opportunities are all essential attributes to succeed in this role.
