Compass Bloom is seeking a Supervising Practitioner to guide a team delivering early intervention mental health support to children and young people.
You will study for a postgraduate Supervising Practitioner qualification while maintaining a small caseload and providing supervision to colleagues.
You’ll work closely with schools, Team Leaders and Compass teams to embed high standards of care and drive service development across the programme.
