As our Administrator, you will sit at the heart of a fast moving, purpose driven team working across schools and communities. Based in our Bridge House Birmingham hub, you will help keep everything running smoothly. That includes coordinating daily operations, managing digital and paper records, supporting performance reporting, and helping our teams stay connected and well equipped.
You will be a key player in shaping how we work behind the scenes, helping to build and maintain systems that are smart, efficient and focused on what matters. You will also support friendly communication with schools, families and local partners, becoming a trusted point of contact within the service.

This is a part time role, working Monday and Thursday for a total of 15 hours per week, ideal for someone looking for fewer weekly hours while still having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
About You
You are someone who brings order to chaos, calm to busy days and kindness to every interaction. You understand that great admin is more than keeping things tidy – it is the backbone of a service that supports young people when they need it most. You will bring:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience working in a busy office or customer service environment
- Excellent IT skills, including confidence with spreadsheets and databases
- Strong organisation and time management, even when priorities shift
- Accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing demands
- Warm, clear and professional communication skills
