Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 base salary - £4,800 car allowance/ mileage - 50% quarterly bonus

The organisation is dedicated to delivering safe, bespoke, high-quality care packages to individuals in their own homes. Supported by robust internal clinical, operational, and dedicated recruitment teams, they are widely recognised for their relationship-driven approach and commitment to clinical excellence.

Role: As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and managing strategic partnerships across the Northwest, Merseyside, and the West Midlands. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will collaborate closely with internal clinical and operational teams to generate referrals and oversee the safe mobilisation of complex care packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute structured regional business development activity to generate new complex care package referrals.
  • Forge and maintain strong partnerships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, NHS commissioners, case managers, and hospital discharge professionals.
  • Complete quotes, service submissions, and tender documentation.
  • Review and establish sustainable charge rates in partnership with internal finance teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with clinical leads and internal recruitment specialists to ensure new packages of care are safely, operationally, and clinically implemented.
  • Maintain accurate business pipelines for forecasting, fulfil monthly KPIs, and participate in industry conferences and marketing campaigns to elevate brand presence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential experience within the healthcare sector, ideally specialising in complex homecare, complex physical care, or case management.
  • Proven background in healthcare business development, relationship-led sales, or branch management with clear, measurable commercial success.
  • Direct experience working alongside health commissioners, ICBs, case managers, or personal health budget holders.
  • Experience with insurance/litigation providers is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting services to multidisciplinary panels and families without utilising aggressive sales tactics.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for regular regional travel.
  • Candidates must possess full permanent right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
