Overview

Compass Associates are excited to be partnering with a small, independent children\’s residential home, established to offer high-quality, trauma-informed care to children with emotional and behavioural needs. Together we are seeking to recruit a Support Worker to join their tight-knit, values-led team committed to delivering compassionate care and positive outcomes.

Work Pattern

Full-time, 37.5hrs per week, with shift patterns varying across a rolling rota.

Location

This Children\’s Residential Home is located in Winchester and is commutable from Southampton, Alton, Portsmouth and Andover.

Criteria

• Working towards or be willing to work towards completing Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Minimum 1 years\’ experience working with children
• Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive for work purposes (preferable)
• Must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor visa applications for this role.
