As Optometrist, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive eye care services while supporting the continued success and growth of the practice. You’ll work closely with the wider clinical and dispensing teams to ensure every patient receives a high-quality and personalised experience.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a clinically focused independent environment, using modern diagnostic equipment while building long-term relationships with patients and the local community.
- Advise patients on eye health, lifestyle factors, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with professional and legal requirements
- Utilise specialist diagnostic equipment including OCT, fundus cameras, tonometry, and visual fields
- Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance processes
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) Optometry or equivalent qualification
- GOC registration as a qualified Optometrist
- Previous clinical experience within community practice
- Positive, adaptable, and motivated to continue professional development
