This is a chance to join a reputable national provider with good support systems along with taking over management of a well performing home with ‘Good’ CQC.
This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing an elderly service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person‑centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.
The CandidateThe successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving ‘Good’ – ‘Outstanding’ CQC reports. Candidates do not need to be nurse qualified but must have experience managing an elderly nursing home. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high‑end environment.
