Salary: £61,000 - £67,000 plus £2,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 working from home allowance

Compass Associates is excited to be working with a leading provider of digital mental health services, who offer both diagnostic assessments and treatments for patients referred via Right to Choose or private pathways. We are recruiting for qualified and experienced ADHD Prescribers, who have at least 1 year’s experience initiating ADHD medication, to join them on an employed basis.
This is a fully remote role where you will initiate, review and titrate medication for patients with a new diagnosis of ADHD. Referrals are accepted for both adults and children, however the majority of patients are adults, so you must be confident in prescribing ADHD medication for this age group. As a Senior Prescriber, you will also spend part of your week providing clinical supervision to Junior Prescribers.
In addition to flexible, home-based working, you will also receive regular clinical supervision, weekly Titration Team MDT meetings and CPD opportunities, as well as the benefits listed below.
Location and working pattern
This is a home-based role where you can work on either a full or part-time basis:
- Full time: 40hrs/week (Monday to Friday)
- Part time: minimum of 24hrs/week, which must be 3 x 8-hour days
Operating hours are 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday, so you can choose your exact working hours.

Essential Criteria
- Recognised degree in Nursing or Pharmacy
- Current registration with the NMC or GPhC
- Nurses must have the Independent & Supplementary Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) qualification
- At least 1 year’s experience, post-prescribing qualification, in the initiation and titration of ADHD medication for adults
- At least 1 year's experience working in a specialist ADHD service
