Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious provider of luxury elderly care, who are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join the senior leadership team at one of their established services in Surrey.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to play a key role in the development of a new nursing service within an already successful and well-established luxury care home.
The home currently provides exceptional residential, assisted living and dementia care and is now entering an exciting phase as it expands its clinical offering to support residents with higher nursing needs.
This role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager who is looking for the opportunity to shape and develop a clinical service, lead a nursing team and make a real impact within a high-quality care environment.
The Role
- Provide strong clinical leadership across the home, supporting the development of the new nursing service.
- Oversee clinical standards, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Registered Nurses to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Support clinical governance, audits, quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes.
- Ensure best practice is embedded across nursing and care teams.
- Support FNC and CHC processes, ensuring residents receive appropriate assessments and funding.
- Work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to implement clinical improvements.
- Promote a positive culture of learning, development and continuous improvement.
- Candidate Requirements
- RGN qualification with an active NMC Pin.
- Previous experience working within an elderly care nursing environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge across elderly care and dementia services.
- Experience working as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager or similar senior clinical role.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits and regulatory compliance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the CQC Single Assessment Framework.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing nursing teams.
- Knowledge of FNC and CHC processes would be desirable.
- Previous experience supporting the commissioning of a service would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
