They are currently seeking a dedicated Second Pharmacist for their branch in Tiptree. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and legally compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services while driving high standards of patient care.
As a Pharmacist with this highly successful Pharmacy group, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer and patient care. It goes beyond simply dispensing medicine – it's about actively listening, providing expert advice, and offering reassurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and all legal, ethical, and professional requirements.
- Lead, support, and train pharmacy staff including technicians and counter teams.
- Communicate effectively with prescribers to clarify and optimise patient therapies.
- Deliver and promote a range of NHS and private pharmacy services.
- Maintain accurate patient and stock records using pharmacy IT systems.
- Stay up-to-date on new medicines, guidance, and industry developments.
