We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Clinic Manager to lead a high-end aesthetics and laser clinic. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing, premium clinic and play a key role in its continued success.
The clinic offers a 5-star, appointment-led experience, focusing on quality over quantity, with a loyal and established client base. The successful candidate will step into a leadership role with significant autonomy, supported by a structured handover and training period.
The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Deliver a range of aesthetic and/or permanent makeup treatments
- Manage and support a small team (1–2 part-time staff)
- Conduct client consultations and provide expert treatment advice
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Drive revenue through excellent client care and treatment recommendations
- Manage stock, supplies, and general clinic operations
- Contribute to marketing and social media activity (desirable)
Clinical Focus
The clinic offers four core service areas:
- Aesthetics (injectables and skin treatments)
- Permanent Makeup (PMU)
- Laser treatments
- Beauty and wellness treatments
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
- Confident working directly with clients and building strong relationships
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, within the aesthetics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to clinic growth
Desirable:
- Experience in aesthetics & permanent makeup (particularly injectables, polynucleotides, microblading, ombre/powder brows, lip blush - highly desirable)
- Experience in laser (IPL/SHR - highly advantageous)
- Experience in beauty treatments (brow shaping, lamination, tinting, lash lifts and tints, waxing, massages)
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Social media or marketing experience
