Audiologist - Private Opticians and Audiology Provider
Location: Surrey covering Banstead, Purley, Croydon, Bookham and Caterham
Salary: £45,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a respected private hearing care provider to recruit a Qualified Audiologist to support and grow their Surrey community clinics.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced private-practice role focused on high-quality, ethical hearing care rather than aggressive sales targets. You will deliver adult hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting and aftercare, and wax removal (microsuction preferred, with training available), while owning your clinic diary and building long-term relationships with a loyal local patient base.
The Role
- Provide adult audiology services across multiple Surrey clinics
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evidence-based hearing aid fittings
- Deliver high-quality aftercare and patient follow-up
- Carry out wax removal, including microsuction (or undertake training)
- Work closely with the Lead Audiologist for Surrey and the Head of Audiology
- Travel between sites with the support of a car allowance
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Audiologist with HCPC registration (or eligibility)
- BSc, MSc or FD in Audiology all considered
- Background in NHS and/or private practice welcome
- Strong adult diagnostic audiology skills
- Confident communicator with a patient-centred, consultative approach
- Comfortable working in a private, revenue-generating environment without hard sell pressure
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
