- What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
- Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience, achieving exceptional levels of patient safety.
- Take direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPh C operating standards and clinical governance.
- Procure and prepare medicines as needed.
- Dispense medicines effectively and accurately.
- Organising prescriptions for patients.
- Use excellent communication skills to ensure patients’ needs are met.

- A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPh C
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working
- Able to deliver results by inspiring and motivation your team to take action and deliver within the defined KRAs
- Experienced in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations maintaining solid connections in store and with field teams.
