Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our care homes, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that staff members contribute effectively to the efficient operation of the homes and cultivate a positive atmosphere for service users.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of Care Plan documentation to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Manage personal and financial affairs of service users with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare comprehensive handover reports for staff and participate in necessary meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or be currently enrolled in NVQ Level 5.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong team player with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
