Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be exclusively working with an established neurological specialist organisation in search for a new Clinical Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with growth ambitions.
As the Clinical Lead, you will be reporting into the General Manager and will support them to ensure the service is running exceptional from a leadership and clinical management element, and ensure excellent delivery of care is being provided. Alongside working closely with the General Manager, you will work with the quality assurance team to ensure that audits, policies, and safe clinical practice is in place.
The Clinical Lead will want to make sure that rota management, staff engagement, and positive relationships with the service users is provided, offering support, guidance and direction as and when required. The opportunity is a Monday to Friday position. As the Clinical Lead you will be part of the on-call rota.
Criteria
- It is essential that you are either RGN or RMN nurse qualified.
- You must have experience as a Ward Manager or above for a minimum of 3 years.
- The Clinical Lead will need to have a background within the neurological / acquired brain injury sector.
- Tracheostomy and Ventilation experience is essential.
- You will need to ensure you can be flexible as you will be part of the on-call rota.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Interview Process
There will be a two stage interview process for this opportunity.
- 1st Stage - Face to face formal interview with the General Manager and Operations Manager.
- 2nd Stage - Teams formal interview with the Operations Director.
