A growing supported living provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3 supported living services in East London. This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for operational oversight, compliance, safeguarding, quality and service delivery across services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
You will lead and support your team across the 3 supported living services, ensuring high-quality, safe and compliant service delivery in line with CQC standards with a strong focus on providing excellent standards of customer experience. You will work closely with the highly visible Head of Service Operations and senior leadership team, playing a key role in service growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee 3 supported living sites within 15 mins of each other with a total of 7 clients
- Lead compliance and CQC regulatory responsibilities across all sites
- Support and develop staff
- Conduct site visits, audits, record checks and staff support
- Maintain high standards across the five CQC key lines of enquiry
- Support service growth, new service-user placements and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and stakeholders
- Improving scheduled activities available for clients in line with their preferences
- Experience as a Registered Manager or in a multi-site senior leadership role
- Strong supported living / adult social care background
- Strong emphasis on customer excellence
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
- Strong knowledge of CQC, compliance and operational management
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) (Desirable)
- 25 days annual leave + Christmas Eve off
- Pension scheme
- Extensive training offer including PBS training and ILM training available up to level 5 for managers without formal qualifications
- Annual salary reviews
- On-call pay provided in addition to basic salary for weeks on the on-call rota
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on-site
- Some out-of-hours work expected only on occasion, not regular
- No on-call requirement during probation period
- Following probation, the manager is required to be on on-call rota for 2 separate weeks per year
