Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading independent healthcare facility in their search for a Pharmacy Stores Manager to oversee their brand new service as part of the on-site pharmacy in London. The centre is renowned in the healthcare sector for its commitment to an outstanding level of care and support across the many specialities it covers, including Men's & Women's Health, Surgery, Digestive Health as well as a fully maintained diagnostic suite.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or considerable experience working across Stores and Procurement, as well as knowledge of experience working closely with manufacturers and suppliers across the industry. The service will be utilising a brand new robot distribution service, so experience with this is preferred but not essential. This role offers significantly more scope and autonomy than a traditional hospital pharmacy stores position, providing the opportunity to shape processes, implement new technologies, and build a high-performing team.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Technician or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a Pharmacy Technician role
- Considerable experience within Stores & Procurement
- Experience within a Hospital setting preferred but not essential.
- GpHC Registration
- Passion for high quality care
- Motivated individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- High sense of personal responsibility
Location
The hospital is located in central London - commutable from all boroughs of London as well as Hertfordshire, Surrey & Kent.
