You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of two busy leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and patient excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple priorities
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Preparing agendas, documents, and briefing materials
- Tracking actions, deadlines, and key follow-ups
- Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
- Supporting preparation of presentations, reports, and operational materials

Summary
