Reporting to the Outpatient Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical leadership and shift coordination
- Delivering high-quality outpatient care and procedures
- Staff supervision and mentoring
- Supporting audits and governance
- Working with consultants and MDT colleagues
- Ensuring patient safety and smooth patient flow
