This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service which provides exceptional delivery of care for adults with neurological conditions.
The position of Clinical Services Manager is critical to maintaining staffing levels and clinical standards as the organisation continues to grow. As the Clinical Services Manager, you will be providing exceptional leadership to the nursing and care team to ensure outstanding care is being delivered throughout the service. The Clinical Services Manager will be the Safeguarding Lead and will need to ensure systems and processes are in place.
Along with providing exceptional leadership, you will need to act as a role model and encourage service development in relation to nursing practice.
- Overview of the medicines management system
- Work closely with HR in respect of staff performance and sickness management
- Work with learning and development team to establish an effective skill and competency based training, learning and development programme for clinical staff
- Ensure the service operates within regulatory framework
- The Clinical Services Manager must be able to build fundamental relationships internally and externally
Experience as a Clinical Services Manager, Matron or Deputy Manager is essential. Base salary is between £60,000 - £68,000, depending upon experience.
