Remit

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist for their local private hospital. The 48‑bed hospital provides high‑quality healthcare across a range of different specialities including Orthopaedics, Cancer Services, Gynaecology and ENT. They also provide a range of in‑patient services as well as an in‑house pharmacy, a physiotherapy department and an imaging department offering a range of diagnostic services.

The hospital is currently searching for an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join their well‑respected team working across the hospital service from both a clinical and operational standpoint. You will provide clinical advice for patients as well as ensuring an excellent standard of care across the medicines management service. This will include dispensing medications, medical counselling and reconciliations all while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
• GPHC Registration
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Hospital setting
• Passion for high quality care
• Motivated individual
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• High sense of personal responsibility

Location

The hospital is located in Winchester – commutable from Southampton, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth & Aldershot.
