Compass Associates are delighted to be continuing their support for an established and respected specialist care provider in search for a Registered Manager.
The successful Registered / Home / Hospital Manager will be overlooking a 24-hour nursing care facility for adults with complex health needs including those with mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, as well as those with neurological conditions which includes, Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, and Acquired Brain Injuries.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent experience around CQC.
The successful individual will ideally be nurse qualified or hold a successful history of managing either a mental health or/and neurological facility. Candidates must be able to evidence previous CQC inspections and have capability to drive the commercials and an approachable management style that will champion staff and complement their existing management team.
