Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a brand-new, state-of-the-art private hospital opening in Oxford. We are currently recruiting for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join the clinical team in a unique role offering excellent exposure across a modern elective healthcare environment — without the traditional overnight RMO model. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor looking to work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team in a flagship private hospital setting.

  • Centre-wide clinical support across the hospital
  • General patient reviews and medical support
  • Support with stress testing, diagnostics and imaging
  • Working closely with consultants, anaesthetists and senior nursing teams
  • 12-hour day shifts only (no night shifts)

Requirements:

  • GMC registered doctor
  • ALS certified (or willing to obtain immediately)
  • Backgrounds in Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Anaesthetics, ICU or similar highly desirable
  • Registrar level / Clinical Fellow level
  • Looking for a modern private healthcare environment
  • Interested in a better work-life balance compared to traditional RMO roles

Circa £70,000–£75,000 depending on experience.
