4-Day Working Week | Friday – Monday

Compass Associates are working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber to join a highly established and rapidly growing private medical aesthetics clinic in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced injector looking to join a premium clinical environment with an established patient base, outstanding earning potential and genuine scope for longer-term career development. The business has experienced significant and sustained growth over recent years and has built an excellent reputation within the private aesthetics market. The clinic treats a varied high-end client base, including UK-based patients, international clients and high-profile individuals, while maintaining a friendly, down-to-earth and collaborative working environment.

The Role

The clinic is looking for an experienced V300 Nurse Prescriber to join its established clinical team, predominantly supporting growing patient demand across the weekend. The working pattern will ideally be:

  • Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
  • Monday: approximately 9:00am – 8:00pm

This equates to approximately 35.5 hours across four days, giving you three consecutive days away from the clinic each week. The weekend commitment is an important part of the position and, in recognition of this, the clinic is able to offer a particularly strong basic salary of £60,000 – £65,000 plus commission.

Clinical Responsibilities

You will be responsible for independently consulting with, prescribing for and treating a well-established private patient base. You should already be confident across core injectable treatments, including:

  • Nasolabial fold filler
  • Skin boosters and regenerative injectable treatments
  • Patient consultations and facial assessment
  • Independent prescribing
  • Treatment planning and follow-up care

Experience performing more advanced injectable treatments such as tear troughs, non-surgical rhinoplasty, jawline and temple treatments would be beneficial but is not essential. The clinic favours a natural, subtle and refined approach to aesthetic medicine, so the quality and style of your work will be particularly important. You will also have the opportunity to work across a broad range of advanced aesthetic technologies and devices. Previous experience with laser, light-based or energy-based treatments would be advantageous, although training and development can be provided.

Who Are We Looking For?

You will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Strong hands-on cosmetic aesthetics experience
  • Ideally around 2+ years’ experience, although ability and quality of experience are more important than an exact timeframe
  • Confidence administering full-face botulinum toxin
  • Strong dermal filler experience, particularly lips, cheeks, chin and nasolabial folds
  • Excellent consultation and patient-care skills
  • Confidence working autonomously
  • A natural and clinically appropriate approach to aesthetic treatments
  • A genuine commitment to the Friday – Monday working pattern
  • A Level 7 qualification in aesthetics would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Previous NHS or wider clinical nursing experience would also be welcomed.

The Person

Culture is particularly important within this clinic. They are looking for somebody who is clinically confident but equally warm, approachable, hard-working and team orientated. You will be joining a supportive clinical team where people genuinely work together, share knowledge and help one another rather than competing for patients or treatments. You should therefore be:

  • Professional and personable
  • Clinically confident without being ego-driven
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced private environment
  • Passionate about excellent patient care
  • Commercially aware without taking an aggressive sales approach
  • Adaptable and keen to continue developing your skills
  • Supportive of colleagues
  • Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply moving to another injecting position

Salary & Benefits Plus:

  • Highly competitive uncapped commission
  • Excellent earning potential for established clinicians
  • Commission payable from the beginning of employment
  • 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Complimentary and subsidised staff treatments
  • Additional staff discounts and benefits
  • Quarterly staff events
  • Compressed 4-day working week
  • Three consecutive days off each week
  • Dedicated administrative and bookings support
  • Exposure to an extensive range of aesthetic technologies
  • Continued clinical training and development
  • Genuine internal progression opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative clinical culture
  • Prestigious Central London working environment

The organisation has an excellent track record of developing and promoting nurses internally, with opportunities to move into more senior clinical and management responsibilities as the business continues to grow. Due to the nature of the role, candidates would not be able to operate their own aesthetics business or undertake secondary employment with another aesthetics provider alongside this position. Other non-competing healthcare employment may potentially be considered. Visa sponsorship may also be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Interested? This is a particularly strong opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber who wants to combine excellent earning potential, a four-day working week, premium private aesthetics experience and genuine long-term career progression. The weekend pattern will not suit everybody, but for somebody who is comfortable working Friday – Monday, the clinic is offering a highly competitive package in recognition of that commitment.
