Registered Manager – Private Healthcare Clinic
Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care?
We’re supporting a leading Clinic renowned for its cutting-edge treatments and personalised care. The clinic combines advanced surgical techniques with an exceptional patient journey from consultation to aftercare.
As part of continued growth, they’re seeking a talented CQC Registered Manager (or trainee ready to step up) to take ownership of the Glasgow clinic’s day-to-day operations, compliance, and leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, expanding healthcare business, supporting both patients and clinical professionals to achieve life-changing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic including surgeries, patient scheduling, and staff management
- Lead on audits, infection control, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance
- Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and the admin team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient service delivery
- Support and mentor the team, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
- Oversee or perform (where qualified) PRP and Mesotherapy treatments, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes
- Manage patient experience, ensuring every client receives a five-star journey from consultation through to aftercare
- Act as the key point of contact for compliance, planning, and operational decision-making
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing within a CQC-regulated healthcare or aesthetics environment
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, clinical governance, and patient safety
- Confident, hands‑on leader with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Eligible to be registered with CQC (or already registered)
- NMC Registration (Registered Nurse)
- Previous experience performing PRP, Mesotherapy, or other aesthetic treatments
- Background in cosmetic, surgical, or private medical settings
- Previous experience as a Registered or Clinic Manager
