The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a valued client that operates across the UK. The group hold a portfolio of care homes providing nursing, residential and dementia care and are now seeking a Home Manager to join their team.
Within the group, there is a strong senior management structure to provide continuous support and plenty of resources to ensure each home can thrive. This home is purpose-built, with lovely garden and communal areas, and a warm atmosphere throughout.
Candidate
Previous management experience within an elderly care home is essential, with exposure to CQC inspections and a keen eye for detail. As a leader, the chosen manager will be motivational; taking a collaborative and inclusive approach to staff management. They’ll place their residents at the heart of what they do, ensuring both residents and their loved ones receive transparent and open communication.
They will understand the importance of compliance, person-centered care and ensure the home runs in line with regulatory requirements. A business acumen is desirable, in order to maintain and exceed budget.

The role is commutable from: Beverley, Hessle, Hull, Hornsea, Withernsea, Market Weighton, Goole, Driffield, Pocklington and Brough.
