The Role
Compass Associates are partnering with a fantastic client that operate across the North of England. Providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents, this business are committed to delivering high quality care and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to support the business growth.
The home is located around the Cheshire area and boasts fantastic internal running. Complimented by a highly skilled Deputy Manager and staff team, the new Home Manager will be thoroughly supported in ensuring everyday care remains person centered.
Candidate
I’m looking to find an existing Registered Home Manager with nursing home experience and a strong motivation for fantastic care delivery. You’ll either be nurse qualified or have a background of managing nurses, comfortable leading and motivating a care team through day to day challenges. As a manager, you’ll be visible and approachable, a strong brand representative.
You’ll be able to network and build a community around the home, along with working with local stakeholders and commissioners to ensure safe running. A commercial acumen is integral to the continued success of the business, as is an attention to detail whilst completing audit checks.
The ideal candidate will come from a sustained background of management within the sector.

The role is commutable around Cheshire: Lymm, Altrincham, Stretford, Eccles, Leigh, Newton-le-Willows, St Helens, Warrington and Northwich.
