Regional Operations Manager | Consumer Health Kent Area Between £60,000 – £72,000 per annum plus car allowance & bonuses Full Time Compass Associates are excited to exclusively partner with a leading provider within the Consumer Health market to recruit for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of well-performing sites. This newly established role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a respected market leader and contribute to their exciting future growth The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing and supporting a portfolio of sites to meet financial and commercial goals, focusing on boosting private patient referrals and profitability. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Director to ensure effective marketing of services while maintaining the highest quality standards. Previous experience: Performance Track record in delivering ambitious targets and performance growth Experienced in using data to make decisions to either progress or change direction, explaining and measuring outcomes People People centred leadership role experience, across multiple locations and diverse teams Experience in either Business to Business roles or Client relationship management, ideally within a regulated services or clinical environment Practice Delivering regulated compliance standards Delivering operational excellence Patient Experience and proven track record in providing excellent customer care Proven ability in developing and coaching teams to provide an excellent patient journey Experience in analysing and interpreting NPS or patient feedback data Planet Evidence of sustainability strategy delivery Experience within the Consumer Market is essential; those without a healthcare or retail background need not apply.
