Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 per annum + Bonus

Our client has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care and continues to invest significantly across its portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established senior leadership team and develop your skillset as a Regional Director. Reporting into the Operations Director, the successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of care homes across London, providing strategic leadership while driving operational excellence, quality outcomes and commercial performance.

  • Lead a portfolio of elderly care homes.
  • Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.
  • Deliver strong occupancy, financial performance and quality standards.

As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading operational performance across your portfolio, ensuring residents consistently receive outstanding care whilst supporting managers to deliver excellent regulatory outcomes, colleague engagement and commercial success.

  • Strong understanding of CQC or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, occupancy and financial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Director or Senior Operations Manager looking to join one of the UK's most respected care providers. In return, our client is offering a salary of £90,000 - £95,000 per annum, alongside an excellent bonus scheme, car allowance and comprehensive benefits package.
