The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area/Operations/Registered Manager who is looking to oversee multiple services and be a part of a fantastic organisation who are looking to continue to successfully grow the business, as well as, maintaining the highest quality of care to all clients. Reporting into the Care Director, as the Multisite Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple services within the Bristol area, whilst maintaining compliance and adhering to CQC standards and procedures, direct line managing/the performance of the deputies in place, and will help drive the services forward, therefore, an ideal candidate will be personable, confident and with a strong commercial acumen.

What you'll need:

  • NVQ 5 or Equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle
  • Experience within the Domiciliary care sector at Senior Management level
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Multisite/Extra Care experience would be desirable
