This role would particularly suit an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys building strong relationships with Home Managers, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future performance of a portfolio. The Role
As Regional Director, you will take responsibility for the operational, commercial and quality performance of 8 residential and nursing homes across Essex. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support and develop Home Managers, ensuring each service delivers exceptional standards of care, achieves strong regulatory outcomes, and operates sustainably. You will provide visible leadership across the portfolio, embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and resident-focused care while supporting occupancy, financial performance, and colleague engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager or equivalent within elderly care.
- Multi-site management experience across residential and/or nursing homes.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality improvement.
- Proven ability to drive commercial and operational performance.
- Passion for developing Home Managers and building high-performing teams.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Essex.
