Regional Director | Managing Director – Multi‑Site Operations healthcare

£140,000 - £160,000 + Package

South East England| Full‑time, Permanent


We’re supporting a major UK organisation in appointing a Regional Director to lead a significant multi‑site portfolio.


This role offers the opportunity to take full strategic and operational responsibility for a complex, high‑value region — driving performance, inspiring senior leadership teams, and delivering excellence at scale.


Key Focus Areas:


  • Lead multi‑site operations across diverse service areas
  • Shape and deliver regional strategy to meet organisational objectives
  • Inspire, coach and develop senior leadership teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Manage significant budgets and deliver strong commercial performance
  • Represent the organisation at senior stakeholder level


We’re looking for a proven senior leader with experience managing complex, multi‑location operations, ideally with significant budget responsibility and a track record of delivering strong results in demanding environments. You will need experience within NHS and Private Sector services at scale to be considered for this role candidate who do not meet this criteria will not be considered.
