Compass Associates have been engaged by one of the UK's leading care home developers and operators to recruit a Quality Lead supporting a portfolio of 30 care homes across the South region. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation recognised for designing, developing, and operating high-quality elderly care homes across the UK.

The Quality Lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining these standards, providing independent quality assurance across a regional portfolio while working closely with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and best practice.
The Role
As Quality Lead, you will provide independent oversight across a portfolio of care homes, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Working closely with Quality Directors, Home Managers, and senior leadership teams, you will undertake quality assurance inspections, review governance processes, identify emerging risks, and support services to consistently achieve the highest standards of care and compliance.
This is a highly visible regional position requiring strong auditing experience, sound regulatory knowledge, and the confidence to influence, coach, and challenge operational teams where appropriate.
