Private Patient General Practitioner / Private GP
Location: Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent, Salaried
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 6 sessions per week)
Pattern of Work: Monday – Friday, 8 hrs a day, no weekends, no late nights, no home visits
Salary: £10,400 per session, per annum

No rushed 10-minute appointments here. Instead, you’ll see engaged, motivated patients with appointment lengths ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the screening.
This allows you to build relationships, practice real preventative medicine, and deliver care you can be proud of.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive private GP and health screening services
- Take a proactive, preventative approach to health — from detailed history-taking to lifestyle coaching
- Perform core procedures including blood tests, ECGs, vaccinations, and smear tests
- Leverage advanced diagnostics with rapid access to world-class consultants and facilities for your patients
- Enjoy true continuity of care, guiding patients from assessment through to referral and follow-up

About You
- GMC registered and on the GP register (performers list not required)
- Confident in performing bloods and ECGs (training provided for additional screening procedures)
- Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Genuine interest in preventative medicine, lifestyle medicine, and personalised healthcare
- Previous private patient experience welcome, but not essential
