This organisation delivers a wide range of high-quality services including MSK care, diagnostic imaging, day-case surgery, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, podiatry, persistent pain management, mental health, orthopaedics, and rheumatology. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Band 5 Podiatrist to join their expanding multidisciplinary team, delivering care across clinic settings and patients' homes within the Wandsworth area.
The Role
As a Band 5 Podiatrist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred podiatry services. You will manage your own caseload, providing routine podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, while contributing to the wider clinical team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly qualified podiatrists or those early in their career to develop their clinical skills within a supportive and well-structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive podiatric assessments and developing individualised care plans
- Delivering routine podiatry treatments including nail care, skin care, and management of common foot conditions
- Identifying and escalating complex cases appropriately within the multidisciplinary team
- Providing care in both clinic and community/home settings
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards
- Working collaboratively with physiotherapists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Promoting patient education, self-care, and preventative strategies
- Ensuring adherence to clinical governance, infection control, and health & safety standards

About You
We welcome applications from newly qualified podiatrists as well as those with some post-graduate experience. You will:
- Hold current HCPC registration as a Podiatrist
- Demonstrate knowledge of evidence‑based podiatry practice
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Show a proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Be comfortable working across both clinic and community settings

This role is based in Wandsworth, South West London, with easy commutes from: Putney, Mitcham, Morden, Wimbledon, Richmond, Streatham, Battersea, Clapham, and Fulham.
