Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance
- Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication
- Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums
- GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist
- Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS/private healthcare services
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive results while nurturing team development
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (33 days total)
