Up to £64,900 + Performance Bonus

We’re working with a nationally respected pharmacy group currently experiencing exciting growth and transformation. As part of their expansion, they’re looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations in a well-established Nottingham branch.
From your first day, you’ll benefit from a robust 10-week induction and training programme designed to help you succeed and grow quickly. Once settled, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your team and service, driving the pharmacy forward with your vision and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy
- Delivering a variety of community pharmacy services, from dispensing to clinical advice
- Managing procurement, preparation, and supply of medications
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high levels of patient care
- Building a strong, motivated, and engaged team

What You’ll Need:
- MPharm degree and GPhC registration
- Prior experience in a community pharmacy setting (preferred, not essential)
- Clinical confidence and a passion for patient care
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- A proactive and responsible approach to managing services

Based in Nottingham, this role is easily accessible from Derby, Mansfield, Loughborough, and surrounding areas.
