Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory. Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
