We are currently seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join the clinical team in a unique position offering excellent exposure across a modern elective healthcare environment—without the traditional overnight RMO model. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor looking to work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team in a flagship private hospital setting, with an excellent work-life balance through day shifts only.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to medical emergencies and deteriorating patients.
- Conducting general patient reviews and providing ongoing medical support.
- Assisting with stress testing, diagnostics and imaging.
- Working closely with consultants, anaesthetists and senior nursing teams.
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Day shifts only – no night shifts.
Requirements:
- Full General Medical Council (GMC) registration.
- ST3+ equivalent level of experience.
- Surgical background.
- Current ALS certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
- Previous acute clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong airway management and cannulation skills.
