The Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for medication oversight and safety across remote ADHD services. - Support the review and improvement of internal policies, compliance checks, and medication documentation
- Handle medicine-related queries from prescribers, operations, or patients
- Participate in MDT meetings and contribute to service improvement plans
- Ensure effective stock control, referral tracking, and CRM system data quality
Person Specification
- Pharmacist or Nurse Prescriber with active Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification
- Experience prescribing or managing ADHD medications within a mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of side effect management, titration safety, and remote care pathways
- Familiarity with EPS systems, CRM tools, and patient pathways
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Desire to complete or already hold a Postgraduate Mental Health Therapeutics qualification
- Able to manage workload independently and work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams

- Life Assurance
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) & Wellbeing Portal
