Nursery Manager – West London Nursery Manager – Early Years and Education North / West London £40,000 – £45,000 pa Full Time (Permanent) Remit Compass Associates are working with a reputable, high end nursery provider who are looking for an outstanding Nursery Manager to lead their team in West London. We are looking for candidates who are currently working in this area and have a proven track record of managing staff and providing high end results, hitting outstanding with Ofsted within a nursery manager capacity. You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery and providing clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI’s, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources. Working towards financial targets, management of staff, recruitment, development, and performance will also fall within your remit. This is a nursery that work to the highest standard, working together with staff, parents and of course all their children at the nursery. They ensure that all professional steps are taken to make sure that the outcome is a safe and educative option within early years. Requirements Management experience within nurseries.
