This leading private hospital delivers a wide range of specialist surgical services across Orthopaedics, Spinal, Gynaecology & Urology. This is an opportunity to be autonomous to manage change and continue to develop your team and provide the very best in terms of patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically credible and operationally strong nurse leader to take ownership of a busy surgical ward within a flagship hospital environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting workforce development and ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care across a fast-paced surgical setting.
