We are looking for a Residential and Nursing Home Manager to run a well-established elderly care home based within the Nottingham Community. Responsibilities
Being the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are adhered to. You will also ensure that the environment is compliant with the local governing bodies. As the Home Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations and maintain a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service. If you are a Home Manager with experience of running a Residential/Nursing home this will be crucial with your application.
Who are we looking for?
A Home Manager who has experience of managing a Nursing/Residential home. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 and be able to evidence they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.

Summary
We are looking for a Residential/Nursing Home Manager to join our valued client and run their care home in Nottingham. In return you will be compensated a salary of up to £65,000 per annum + additional benefits, which will be discussed at interview stage.
