The successful candidate will play a key role in building the home’s reputation, driving occupancy and embedding a positive culture across the service from the outset.
The focus of this position will be centred around delivering exceptional standards of care and creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued and supported. The successful candidate will come from a clinical background or have managed an elderly nursing home previously. Experience within a new build or turnaround environment would be advantageous, alongside the ability to confidently manage the operational and commercial performance of a service.
You will be a strong and approachable leader, capable of developing a positive culture and building credibility with staff, residents and families alike. The ability to recruit, mentor and retain a high-quality team will be essential in ensuring the long-term success of the home. The ideal candidate will also possess strong commercial awareness, with experience growing occupancy through relationship building across the local community, alongside developing links with commissioners and external stakeholders.
