Reporting to the Outpatient Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Clinical leadership and shift coordination
  • Delivering high-quality outpatient care and procedures
  • Staff supervision and mentoring
  • Supporting audits and governance
  • Working with consultants and MDT colleagues
  • Ensuring patient safety and smooth patient flow
