First Opinion & Referral Services | Orthopaedics, Cardiology and Advanced CT Imaging
Are you an experienced leader within a healthcare organisation looking for a new position? Want to work in an established, independent veterinary practice and make a real impact? We are inviting applications for a new member of the Senior Leadership Team at a growing veterinary practice in Hampshire.
Role
As a multisite manager, you need to have a presence across all the teams to build relationships and support clients. There is an expectation to have frequent visits to our practices to be a visible leader and engage with our lead vets, head nurses, and client care associates alike. A background in clinical work is certainly a bonus to allow you a deep understanding of patient pathways and the veterinary industry. You will be reporting into the Group Operations Director and have a focus on human resource development, improving systems, operation processes, and team engagement. Recruitment, staff training, compliance, and client satisfaction also fall under your remit. We would like to see your ability to use data-informed decision making to improve our clinical, operational and commercial performance.
The interview process will be a screening call with Compass Associates, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager on site.
The Organisation
With practices across Hampshire, we have a presence across the Reading, Basingstoke and Guildford triangle. Our growth is not stopping any time soon and we are due to open an additional practice later this year. Across the group, we have access to all things general practice, and are lucky to be supported by advanced practitioners to offer orthopaedic referrals, CT Scanning and a variety of other 2nd opinion services. We have 2 dozen vets of varying experience levels and a fully staffed nursing & support team. Interests range from all things general practice, advanced imaging and referral orthopaedics so we are becoming a real one stop shop for all our clients needs. Specific information on practice turnover and P&L is available to discuss at interview stage, alongside challenges of local competition.
The Reward
With a salary of up to £45,000; Five weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays; 50% discount on veterinary treatment and an amazing company pension scheme, we are proud to have a remuneration package that is truly rewarding for your commitment.
