Complex Homecare – Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Complex Physical Needs

Location: Mitcham, South London – Office-Based

Hours: Full Time, Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:30pm

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a background in Complex Homecare looking to join a growing provider where you can genuinely influence operational development and service quality?

The provider delivers community-based support packages across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Physical Health needs for both adults and children. Following a recent positive CQC inspection, the organisation is entering an exciting development phase under a newly appointed senior leadership team, with ambitions to further expand its service offering over the coming years.

This position would suit an ambitious Registered Manager who enjoys working within a growing organisation where they can have real influence across operations, governance, systems improvement, and future service development.

This is a fully office-based role located in Mitcham, South London. Previous experience within Complex Homecare is essential:

  • Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance, governance, and operational oversight
  • Experience supporting individuals with Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
  • Additional Supported Living experience would be advantageous
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Complex Homecare services
  • Ensure strong clinical governance and full CQC compliance
  • Review and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures
  • Support quality assurance, safeguarding, audits, and compliance activity
  • Drive improvements across care management systems and operational processes

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience ~ Bonus scheme linked to CQC outcomes: £1,000 bonus for achieving ‘Good’, £2,000 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’ ~ 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays ~ Pension scheme and sick pay

A single-stage, conversational interview process led by the Operations Director, typically conducted face-to-face at the Mitcham office.
