Who are we looking for?

A Home Manager who has experience of managing a Nursing/Residential home. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 and be able to evidence they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes. Being the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi-skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are adhered to, whilst also ensuring that the environment is compliant with the local governing bodies.

Due to the nature of the role, it is vital for the successful person to have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service. We are looking for a Residential/Nursing Home Manager to join our valued client and run their care home in Nottingham. In return, you will be compensated a salary of up to £65,000 per annum + additional benefits, which will be discussed at interview stage.
