Overview:
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a growing provider of Complex Homecare Services to recruit for a Registered Manager. This is a key operational leadership role based at the organisation’s South London headquarters, offering the opportunity to play an integral part in the next stage of the company’s growth. The provider delivers community-based support packages across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Physical Health needs for both adults and children. Following a recent positive CQC inspection, the organisation is entering an exciting development phase under a newly appointed senior leadership team, with ambitions to further expand its service offering over the coming years. This position would suit an ambitious Registered Manager who enjoys working within a growing organisation where they can have real influence across operations, governance, systems improvement, and future service development.
Location:
This is a fully office-based role located in Mitcham, South London. The position is commutable from areas including Croydon, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Sutton, Kingston, Epsom, Caterham, Bromley, Redhill, Central London, and surrounding areas.
Criteria:
- Previous experience within Complex Homecare is essential
- Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance, governance, and operational oversight
- Experience supporting individuals with Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
- Additional Supported Living experience would be advantageous
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and growing provider environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Complex Homecare services
- Ensure strong clinical governance and full CQC compliance
- Review and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures
- Work closely with coordination and operations teams to support service delivery
- Support quality assurance, safeguarding, audits, and compliance activity
- Drive improvements across care management systems and operational processes
- Contribute to business development activity and potential tender/bid involvement
- Act as a visible leader within the organisation and support ongoing growth initiatives
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme linked to CQC outcomes: £1,000 bonus for achieving ‘Good’, £2,000 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Pension scheme and sick pay
